Equity Reconciliation
Compares your equity records against your HRIS, employee by employee, and surfaces the gaps: termination-date mismatches, terminated employees with active grants or lapsed exercise windows, and grants missing source documents. Reports exceptions ranked by severity tier. Never edits either system. Handles ambiguous name matches (Chris vs Christopher, maiden names, nicknames) by flagging for review rather than assuming. Works with any cap-table system (Carta, etc.) and any HRIS (ADP, etc.). The reference example for a cross-system reconciliation with severity-ranked exceptions.
